Our very own "Peanut" (Dipped in Chocolate) is now 10th in the nation in USEF Large Green Ponies!  (He's also first in Zone 5!)  He and rider Payton Donnan began their career in the large greens at Chagrin Valley Farms "A" in December 2009 and January 2010, with one Reserve Champion and two Grand Champions to their credit, qualifying for USEF Pony Finals on their very first outing together.  Next they headed to the Winter Equestrian Festival in Florida, where they did very well, and then to Kentucky Horse Park in May and June, where they championed at both weekends in June!  Trained first by Lara Yates here at home and now by Cindy Foster of Foster-Jiminez Show Stables, our little Amish Standardbred cross pony and Payton will set their sights on the Large Green Pony Hunter division at the Chagrin Valley Hunter Jumper Classic "AA" in Cleveland, Ohio in July.  Then it's off to Pony Finals at Kentucky Horse Park in August.  Way to go, Peanut and Payton!

Also doing well at the "AA" shows, consistently finishing in the top 10 in Wellington and Kentucky, and also heading to the CVHJC "AA" is Barn Manager Cheryl Fossesca's Trakehner/TB gelding A New Millennium.  "Mel" and trainer/rider Sergio Jiminez of Foster-Jiminez will be showing in the pre-greens at 3' - 3'3".  They're schooling at 3'6" - 3'9" at home, in preparation for first year greens next year.
